Fatti is committed to supporting Shopping Centres and other Public Venues in flattening the curve and slowing the spread of the COVID-19.
In cooperation with the National Coronavirus Command Council and the South African Council of Shopping Centres, Fatti can assist with the concept of limiting and managing social and public gatherings.
Behavioural journeys of individuals can be monitored (historically and in Real-Time) throughout the mall to assist Landlords in understanding which stores/areas individuals visit.
Fatti monitors the number of individuals at any point in time via a Live Dashboard with a filter on counts that distinguish between number of staff and number of registered shoppers in Real-Time, thus guaranteeing adherence to the Governmental Requirements of social distancing and the limitation of the number of people.
Behavioural Location Analytics is a tool that enables one to track the visitor's journey. It is not a snapshot of behaviour at one point in time, but rather continuous real-time monitoring of approx. 70% of the visitors that move through an asset. Digital online companies make use of behavioural data in order to monitor website clicks, churn rates, returning visitors etc. Fatti has made it possible to implement the same concept into the physical world by means of Wi-Fi signals, enabling decision-makers to eliminate the guesswork and allow operational & marketing activities to be measured.
Behavioural Monitoring isn't about tracking a specific person – but rather identifying common patterns, understanding the changes in those patterns and making important decisions accordingly.

WHAT WE DO
Fatti deploys world-class open-access WiFi networks using Fortinet infrastructure and hardware. The implementation of a single-cell WiFi network, enables true behavioural analytics with high accuracy, detecting the shoppers’ complete journey throughout the mall and inside stores.
Access Points are strategically installed across the site. Trilateral detection of WiFi devices makes it possible to determine accurate positioning. Fatti currently detects approximately 70% of a site's population.
The high density of access points also offers property owners the ability to utilize the network to provide high-speed in-mall WiFi, enhancing the shopper experience.
The Fatti Engage platform enables you to see the real-time movement of visitors inside a given space, depending on the coverage. If registered Wi-Fi users are logged on, specific personal details are available instantly when you click on a registered icon.
