By implementing a native Wi-Fi network, it enables us to generate true behavioural analytics with high accuracy, detecting the shoppers’ complete journey.
Taking into consideration that the network is analytics-enabled, the high density of access points not only provides valuable insights, it also offers property owners the ability to utilize the network to provide high-speed in-mall Wi-Fi, enhancing the shopper experience.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi network can assist in security and operations by means of IoT (Internet of Things). The ‘Botti’ is a small wearable IoT Wi-Fi tag which can track mobile assets, monitor security guard movements, and sense store door openings and closures. Door sensors can provide valuable information to venue owners in terms of stores opening and closing before or after hours, enabling landlords to manage and monitor individual tenant activity.
Fatti location anchors are used to consistently monitor the Wi-Fi Network, the accuracy of the analytics and the connectivity of the shoppers.
