Behavioural Location Analytics is a tool that enables the tracking of visitor journeys throughout a physical area. It is not a snapshot of behaviour at one point in time, but rather continuous real-time monitoring of approx. 70% of all individual visitors.  Digital online companies make use of behavioural data in order to monitor website clicks, churn rates, returning visitors etc.  Fatti has made it possible to implement the same concept in the physical world by means of Wi-Fi, enabling decision-makers to eliminate the guesswork and allow for operational & marketing activities to be measured.

A single-cell Wi-Fi network enables high accuracy location detection in order to generate and report on actual behaviour within a facility.
