BEHAVIOUR ANALYST
Position purpose / general responsibilities

Analyse customer behaviour data to identify trends and patterns in sales, customer traffic, and other retail metrics.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track retail performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Work with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and marketing, to develop strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decisionmaking across the organization.

Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of changes to retail operations.

Monitor and report on competitor trends and industry benchmarks.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behaviour and preferences and provide insights to improve the customer experience.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
Experience / Knowledge / Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the retail industry.

Proficient in Excel and other data analytics tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Retail experience would be of great benefit.
